Overview Drive logistics excellence across the U.S. and Canada by leading innovative strategies, elevating service performance, and optimizing a cross-functional transportation network. Responsibilities Oversee bulk, intermodal, dry van, and LTL logistics across U.S. and Canada to ensure service excellence and cost efficiency. Build and maintain strategic relationships with carriers to ensure reliable service and performance. Develop and monitor KPIs for on-time delivery, routing guide compliance, and freight audit/payment processes. Identify and lead initiatives that enhance transportation planning and operational processes. Anticipate and mitigate risks from capacity constraints, weather, volume surges, and other potential service disruptors. Skills & Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with KPIs and data-driven decision-making. Proven leadership and team development experience. Deep understanding of transportation markets and operational dynamics. Experience 3-5 years of experience in transportation or logistics operations. Proven ability to manage multi-mode networks (bulk, intermodal, dry van, LTL). Education Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
