Material Services Section Manager- 1st shift Education & Experience Requirements Associate degree (AS) in related field AND 3-5 years of job-specific and related experience OR; 5-7 years of job specific and related experience AND; Must possess demonstrated planning and analytical capability; ability to work independently and as a team; excellent written and oral communication; ability to manage, inspire and motivate others; and proficient computer skills, specifically in Microsoft office applications, Plex or other ERP system experience a plus. Primary Roles & Responsibilities Annual Salary Associate Performance Evaluations Baja Trucking for In transit to Plant 1 Control all Cycle Count Activity Control Pulling for IBT Productions Daily Requirement Discipline Reviews and Approvals (Other than Attendance) Empty Container Control Inventory Accuracy Local/Import Container Returns Manages all Material Product Flow Manages IMT Receiving and Shipping Manages Leadership on 1st & 2nd Shift.
