Job Summary The Supply Chain Manager is a critical early-stage leader responsible for establishing, scaling, and managing the end-to-end supply chain ecosystem for our new aerospace production facility in Lawton, Oklahoma. Working closely with the General Manager and Production Operations Manager, you will initially build the local vendor base, establish material pipelines, and configure inventory/logistics systems from the ground up ahead of our operational launch at The FISTA. Post-launch, you will own all site supply chain operations—including strategic sourcing, procurement, material planning, inventory control, and shipping/receiving—ensuring strict adherence to

compliance while maintaining high-performing, cost-effective operations. Essential Job Functions Phase 1: Facility Setup & Supply Chain Readiness Identify, audit, and establish relationships with qualified local, regional, and national suppliers to support initial equipment, raw materials, tooling, and operational inventory. Design and set up the physical layout and workflows for site shipping, receiving, and warehouse storage at The FISTA, including physical asset tracking and material staging systems. Establish localized inventory, item master data, lead times, safety stocks, and pricing architectures in the ERP system (Sage 100 or equivalent) to ensure complete BOM integrity. Partner with Production Operations Manager and the Lawton GM to align procurement timelines with production lines and initial customer delivery schedules. Phase 2: Steady-State Supply Chain & Operations Management Manage the complete purchasing cycle—sourcing, RFQs, contract negotiations, purchase order management, and cost-reduction initiatives for aerospace production materials. Implement Just-In-Time (JIT) methodologies and safety stock protocols to optimize inventory turns, prevent shortages, and avoid excess material build-up. Monitor supplier quality and delivery metrics using scorecards and corrective action requests (SCARs); enforce strict compliance with

quality baselines and

flow-downs. Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, material handling, incoming inspection coordination, and outgoing logistics/customer deliveries. Drive long-term vendor agreements and local cost-saving initiatives to meet operational margin targets and support CapEx budgeting for site expansion. Education and Work Experience Requirements 5+ years of supply chain, procurement, or materials management experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. 2+ years in a leadership or senior supervisory supply chain role. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).

Equivalent Military Experience:

relevant active-duty military service is applicable. Demonstrated experience setting up supply chain workflows, material controls, or ERP configurations in a new facility or expansion project. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics Deep experience with ERP/MRP systems (Sage 100, SAP, or equivalent) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, data modeling). Strong contract negotiation, strategic sourcing, and vendor relationship management skills. In-depth working knowledge of

compliance, export control regulations, and secure facility material controls. Strong understanding of inventory control strategies (JIT, KanBan, Min/Max) and continuous improvement principles (Lean, Six Sigma). Exceptional cross-functional communication and leadership skills; ability to collaborate effectively with local GM, engineering teams, site leadership, and corporate personnel. Nice to Have Supply Chain or Procurement experience specifically in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability electro-mechanical manufacturing.

APICS CSCP/CPIM, ISM

CPSM, or equivalent supply chain certification. Familiarity with

AS9100 / ISO 9001

Quality Management Systems and IPC standards. Prior experience working within defense accelerator environments (e.g., The FISTA) or with military/DoD supply chains (Fort Sill ecosystem).
