7p-7a Are you a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse with a passion for Med Surg care? Do you thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment, eager to make a difference in patients' lives? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our healthcare partner's 24-bed adult medsurg/ortho unit. This role will allow you to develop and implement comprehensive nursing care plans, working collaboratively with a team of professionals to maintain the highest standards of nursing practice. As a Licensed Practical Nurse in this Med Surg unit, you will: Provide total nursing care for patients through assessment, nursing diagnosis, and patient care plans Work cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel Maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting Develop systems to provide care to a diverse population, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

Requirements:
