Okmulgee, OK Fulltime - Monday-Friday - 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Position Summary Covington Aircraft is seeking an experienced Aviation Supply Chain Manager to oversee the end-to-end material lifecycle for aircraft engine maintenance events in our MRO facility. This role is responsible for customer quoting, procurement, inventory management, parts tracking, and final invoicing while ensuring material availability supports production schedules and customer turnaround times. Key Responsibilities Prepare customer quotations for engine maintenance, including labor, parts, repairs, and outside services. Manage procurement of aircraft engine parts, repairs, and vendor services. Track engine components throughout the maintenance process, from quote through final invoice. Coordinate material availability with production, planning, engineering, and quality teams. Monitor supplier performance, negotiate pricing, and manage delivery schedules. Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize material availability. Reconcile material costs and prepare accurate customer invoices. Track KPIs including material availability, supplier performance, inventory accuracy, quote accuracy, and engine turnaround time (TAT). Identify opportunities to improve cost, lead time, and overall supply chain efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Aviation, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of supply chain, procurement, or materials management experience. Aviation MRO or aircraft engine experience strongly preferred. Experience with quoting, procurement, inventory management, and customer invoicing. Proficiency with ERP systems (Pentagon 2000SQL experience is a plus). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple engine events simultaneously.
