Job Description

St. Helens Auto Center is looking for an experienced, motivated Parts Manager to join our team! This is a great opportunity to make a real impact at a small, close-knit CDJR dealership where your experience and ideas will actually be heard. What You'll Do Lead and manage the dealership's Parts Department Maintain an efficient, organized, and profitable parts operation Work closely with the Service and Sales Departments to keep repairs and deliveries moving Manage parts inventory, ordering, receiving, stocking, and returns Build strong relationships with technicians, advisors, vendors, and customers Monitor inventory levels and help control department expenses Ensure parts are available when the shop needs them Train, motivate, and hold team members accountable Deliver excellent customer service while maximizing department profitability Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department What We're Looking For Parts Management experience is required Strong knowledge of automotive parts and dealership operations Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through CDJR/Stellantis experience is preferred, but not required A positive, team-first attitude Why Join St. Helens CDJR? Pay:
$40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
