Job Description
Germantown Tool & Manufacturing began in 1955 as a small Philadelphia-based tool and die shop. With more than a half-century of experience, we have grown to become a diversified metal fabricator and supplier of metal engineering services. We supply a broad range of component parts and complete assemblies to a number of industries. SUMMARY The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and coordination of the company's inventory, purchasing and shipping departments. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee the planning, procurement, storage, control and distribution of materials and products to company needs and customer requirements. This position will organize production schedules in response to customer demand and sales forecast while focusing on cost reduction and improving efficiencies. The position will interface with Sales, Quality, Manufacturing/Assembly, Engineering, Customer Service, and Finance.
