Warehouse & Inventory Manager Keystone Bingo Supply Inc. -
Muncy, PA Starting Salary:
$52,000+ per year, based on experience The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Inventory Manager to take ownership of our Muncy warehouse operation. This is not an entry-level warehouse position . We are looking for someone who has already supervised a warehouse team and understands what it takes to keep inventory accurate, orders moving, employees productive, and a warehouse organized and running efficiently. The person in this position will have significant responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and will work directly with company ownership. This is a hands-on management position . You will manage people and processes, but you will also be expected to be involved in the operation when needed. What You Will Be Responsible For Warehouse Operations Take ownership of the daily operation, organization, security, and efficiency of the warehouse. Establish and maintain an organized warehouse layout and efficient workflow. Ensure products move accurately and efficiently from receiving through customer delivery. Identify problems and take action to resolve them. Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records using our ERP system. Manage cycle counts and physical inventories. Investigate inventory discrepancies and determine the cause of variances. Develop and maintain procedures that improve inventory accuracy and accountability. Receiving, Picking & Shipping Oversee receiving of products from vendors. Verify quantities, condition, and receiving documentation. Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Coordinate with sales and office personnel regarding orders, shortages, backorders, and other issues. Coordinate with freight carriers and suppliers regarding deliveries and pickups. Employee Management Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and develop warehouse employees. Establish clear expectations for productivity, accuracy, attendance, safety, and performance. Hold employees accountable for meeting those expectations. Manage daily workload and staffing to keep orders moving. Lead by example and step in to help when necessary. Equipment, Facility & Fleet Oversee forklifts, pallet jacks, racking, and other warehouse equipment. Coordinate maintenance, inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Oversee maintenance needs for company fleet vehicles. Maintain a clean, safe, secure, and organized facility. Safety Maintain a safe warehouse environment. Ensure employees follow company safety and material-handling procedures. Address safety concerns and unsafe practices promptly. Reporting Track inventory accuracy, order turnaround, shrinkage, labor hours, and other key warehouse metrics. Report significant issues and operational needs to Ownership. Take responsibility for following problems through to resolution. What We Are Looking For You should have: 3+ years of professional warehouse operations experience At least 1-2 years of experience directly supervising warehouse employees Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and resolving inventory discrepancies Experience with receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, and warehouse organization Experience using an ERP or computerized inventory management system Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proven ability to manage employees and hold a team accountable Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills A valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 75 pounds when necessary Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and work on your feet for extended periods The Person We Want We are looking for someone who already knows how to run a warehouse . You don't need to have worked in a huge distribution center. In fact, experience in a smaller operation can be a great fit for this position. You do need to be someone who can walk into a warehouse, see what needs to be improved, establish priorities, manage the employees, solve problems, and make sure the job gets done correctly.

General warehouse, shipping, receiving, or labor experience without supervisory responsibility does not meet the experience level we are seeking.
