$52,000 per year, commensurate with experience About Keystone Bingo Supply Keystone Bingo Supply Inc. supplies bingo and small games of chance products to clubs, organizations, and non-profit customers throughout Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey. Our Muncy, PA warehouse is the operational hub for inventory management, order fulfillment, receiving, shipping, and distribution to our sales team and customers. About the Position We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Inventory Control Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our Muncy warehouse. This is a hands-on management position , not an entry-level warehouse role. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, managing receiving and shipping, overseeing order fulfillment, supervising warehouse employees, coordinating equipment and facility needs, and keeping the warehouse organized, secure, and running efficiently. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, solve problems, manage people, and maintain high standards for accuracy and organization in a busy small-business environment. Key Responsibilities Inventory Control Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records using the company's ERP system. Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Identify the causes of recurring inventory errors and implement procedures to improve accuracy. Maintain an organized warehouse layout that supports efficient inventory management and order fulfillment. Warehouse Operations Manage the daily operation and organization of the warehouse. Ensure products are stored safely, securely, and efficiently. Establish and maintain procedures for receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Monitor workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity. Receiving & Shipping Oversee inbound shipments from vendors and verify quantities, condition, and documentation. Ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on schedule. Coordinate with sales and office personnel regarding order status, shortages, backorders, and other issues. Work with freight carriers and suppliers to schedule deliveries and pickups and resolve shipping problems. Staff Management Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and develop warehouse associates. Establish clear expectations for productivity, accuracy, attendance, safety, and performance. Hold employees accountable for meeting established standards. Assist with daily warehouse activities when necessary. Equipment, Facility & Fleet Oversee the condition and proper use of forklifts, pallet jacks, racking, and other warehouse equipment. Coordinate routine maintenance, inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Oversee maintenance needs for company fleet vehicles. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse. Safety Maintain a safe working environment and ensure employees follow company safety procedures. Promote proper practices for material handling, lifting, storage, and equipment operation. Address safety concerns promptly. Reporting & Accountability Track and report key warehouse metrics, including inventory accuracy, order turnaround, shrinkage, and labor hours. Communicate operational issues and recommended solutions to Ownership. Take ownership of warehouse problems and follow through to resolution. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or distribution experience. At least 1-2 years of experience supervising or managing warehouse personnel. Demonstrated experience with inventory management systems or ERP software. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to supervise, train, motivate, and hold employees accountable. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage changing demands in a busy warehouse environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 75 pounds when necessary. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and work on your feet for extended periods.
