Type:

full-time Buying Group Coordinator/Cash Application Specialist Tura is seeking a detail-oriented professional with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience in cash application, accounts receivable, payment processing, or account reconciliation. The ideal candidate can analyze account activity, identify and resolve discrepancies, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy when processing high-volume financial transactions. This is a full-time, on-site position in Muncy, PA, with a Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. schedule. Position Summary Reporting to the Credit and Collection Manager, this position is responsible for processing and reconciling customer payments, maintaining Buying Group and Alliance Group accounts, investigating discrepancies, and supporting customer account setup for the United States and Canada. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Accurately process and post high-volume, high-dollar, and low-dollar payments to corporate, non-corporate, and Buying Group accounts. Balance daily credit card activity and apply customer payments for U.S. and Canadian accounts. Identify, investigate, document, and communicate payment and account discrepancies to ensure prompt resolution. Maintain Buying Group and Alliance Group accounts, verify membership, and obtain authorization for account modifications. Manage customer account setup documentation in accordance with company requirements. Review credit applications, run credit reports. Analyze and resolve customer account issues while maintaining accurate documentation. Use Microsoft Excel to validate, analyze, reconcile, and report account and payment information. Communicate with customers, sales representatives, supervisors, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide updates. Answer calls and assist customers with account-related questions. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Qualifications Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUP or similar lookup functions, data validation, analysis, and reporting. Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-through skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Experience Experience in cash application, accounts receivable, payment processing, account reconciliation, credit, or collections. Experience processing high-volume financial transactions. Candidates selected for an interview will complete a brief Microsoft Excel assessment.
