We partner with leading clients to coordinate skilled labor for data center construction and manage transportation and logistics operations. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organized and proactive Project Manager to help coordinate projects, manage labor resources, provide quotations, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a part-time position (20-30 hours per week) with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on business growth and performance. Position Summary The Project Manager will oversee project coordination for data center infrastructure projects while supporting logistics and freight operations. This role requires someone who is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and comfortable working with clients, subcontractors, labor providers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities Project Management Coordinate data center infrastructure projects from planning through completion. Work directly with clients to understand labor requirements and project schedules. Coordinate with staffing and labor companies to source qualified technicians and field personnel. Track project timelines, labor allocation, and project progress. Identify scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve issues. Maintain project documentation and status reports. Logistics & Freight Coordination Consult with clients on quotes and shippment logistics Coordinate freight shipments supporting project activities. Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and logistics partners. Track shipment status and communicate updates to customers and internal teams. Resolve transportation issues, delays, and documentation requirements. Client & Vendor Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates. Ensure customer satisfaction through responsive communication and problem-solving. Administrative Prepare project reports and documentation. Maintain accurate records using project management software and spreadsheets. Assist leadership with operational planning and process improvements. QualificationsRequired 2+ years of project coordination or project management experience. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Experience in data center construction, telecommunications, electrical contracting, or infrastructure projects. Experience working with subcontractors or staffing companies. Knowledge of freight, logistics, or transportation operations. Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
