Raytheon is seeking a Supplier Execution and Delivery Manager (SEDM) Material Program Manager (MPM) who is responsible for addressing and improving supplier execution, and ensuring material delivery aligns with product line factory need dates. The MPM will collaborate with Acquisition Professionals, Subcontracts Management, Program Offices, Quality, Mission Assurance, Engineering, Supplier Engineering, What You Will Do Improve non-supportive material delivery dates to meet factory need dates. Identify constraints and lead mitigation and improvement plans to enhance supplier delivery performance. Lead or co-lead weekly supplier status meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Develop strong knowledge of supplier operations and the product lifecycle. Implement and drive proactive risk mitigation measures for events such as supplier acquisitions, relocations, or restructuring. Identify and remove barriers impacting on-time delivery and material flow. Drive completion of tasks such as line-of-balance (LOB) reviews, factory need date gap analysis, material coverage, tracking, and sub-tier support. Communicate effectively across multiple levels of leadership within Raytheon and the supply base. Build and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Coordinate strategies and manage tactical execution Manage multiple projects and coordinate with numerous functions concurrently. Lead and support process improvement efforts through CORE initiatives. Gather feedback and identify new improvement opportunities. Ability to travel up to 50%. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
