Description:
The Assistant Inventory Manager supports the Inventory Manager in overseeing inventory operations to ensure accurate stock levels, efficient inventory control, and timely replenishment. This role helps maintain inventory records, coordinates with warehouse and purchasing teams, and ensures products are available to meet business needs while minimizing waste and shortages. Assistant Inventory Manager oversees all warehouse operations in absence of the Inventory Manager.
Additional Job Requirements:
Supervise warehouse staff and provide training and guidance as needed, assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly reports, assist in year audit, purchase orders, tracks and maintains all county assets, prepares surplus auctions. •Must have the ability to lift us to 50 pounds on a regular basis, 100 pounds occasionally, and ability to work in a warehouse with varying temperatures•
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent. Prefer Associate's degree.
Qualification :
2-5 years of inventory, warehouse, or supply chain experience. Must have a valid SC Driver's license. Forklift certification. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

From $24.56 per hour
