The successful candidate ensures safe, compliant, and efficient movement of critical materials while optimizing material availability for production and program execution. Key Responsibilities Lead logistics operations for energetics, ammunition, and weapon systems, ensuring safe handling. Develop and maintain logistics strategies for specialized materials. Coordinate transportation with government agencies, suppliers, and carriers. Manage warehouse operations and hazardous materials storage controls. Own material planning activities ensuring production schedules are met. Analyze demand and lead times to maintain inventory levels. Coordinate BOM and material requirements with Procurement and Engineering. Monitor supplier performance and material availability risks. Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, IMDG, and DoD explosive safety regulations. Collaborate with engineering teams on packaging specifications. Troubleshoot logistics and material flow challenges and implement solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of logistics experience with energetics or hazardous materials. Experience in material planning and inventory management. Knowledge of government contracting and defense logistics systems. Expert knowledge of hazardous materials regulations (49 CFR, IATA
