Amarillo Division Manager The Role Quantum Services is seeking a systems-oriented leader to oversee our Amarillo Division. This is not a "desk job." Our Division Managers lead from the front, starting their days early on-site at client locations to ensure inventory accuracy and operational excellence. You will manage a local team, coordinateplex scheduling, and serve as the primary point of contact for our retail partners. We are looking for a professional who finds satisfaction in precision, values professional humility, and understands that the success of the team is a reflection of the integrity of the system. Lead Operations:
Work alongside your team to effectively and accurately audit convenience store inventory (stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and sales floors).Drive Process Improvement:
a "Plan-Do-Study-Act" mindset to daily workflows, identifying bottlenecks and refining scheduling for maximum efficiency.Client Consultation:
Provide Store Managers with objective, data-driven insights they can use to improve their business oues.Team Development:
Provide ongoing training and directmunication to your team, focusing on accuracy and dependability. What You Bring to theTable Integrity:

You are dependable, punctual, andfortable with a physically active role that includes driving, kneeling, and working in varied environments (including coolers/freezers).Professionalism:
You possess the "quiet authority" needed to manage a diverse team and maintain high standards without unnecessary "fluff." Qualifications Must have a valid Driver's License and a reliable personal vehicle for use during the initial training period. Ability to lift 25 lbs and perform physical tasks including squatting, kneeling, and standing on small ladders.
