Job Description

Overview A Warehouse / Logistic Lead manages the team of warehouse operations, ensures the efficiency of a company's warehouse. He/She manages inventory, controlling the flow of reception and deliveries and keeps a well-organized storage space. The role requires a combination of physical tasks, technical skills, and attention to detail to ensure the smooth flow of products within the warehouse. He/She plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of products from the point of origin to the end consumer. This position requires a strong understanding of logistics operations, inventory management, transportation, and distribution processes. Duties Ensure a satisfaction total of the customer Ensure fluid communication with transport and customs Ensure the coordination internally between production, CS, and logistics team Ensure the respect of standard ( FIFO, safety, storing) Managing the warehouse Managing the warehouse operators team Organize and control the planning of deliveries and reception Stocking and staging raw materials for production in conjunction with production schedule Submitting opportunities for improvement to the highest management level necessary to obtain reasonable responses and satisfactory results, Supporting FIFO warehousing policie Skills Extensive experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) Inventory management systems, ERP platforms and transportation management systems (TMS). Strong data collection and analysis skills using SQL, Excel data analysis tools and other analytics software. Proven ability in procurement processes including sourcing, vendor management, negotiation skills, and pricing strategies. Expertise in warehouse distribution processes such as stocking, materials handling, shipping & receiving, manual handling, and inventory control. Skilled in process improvement methodologies like root cause analysis to enhance supply chain efficiency. Ability to manage logistics operations involving third-party logistics providers (3PL), freight carriers, and transportation planning. Excellent cross-functional communication skills to coordinate between procurement teams, warehouse staff, vendors, and customers effectively. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
