Job Description

division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager. This role will take place out of our facility in El Paso, TX. As the Supply Chain Manager you will lead and direct all plant Materials Management and Supply Chain functions, including SIOP, production planning, scheduling, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, shipping and receiving, purchasing, and materials planning. You will also provide strategic leadership to ensure material availability, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while supporting business objectives and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The expected annual salary range for this role is $113000 - $165000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. ## What you'll do:- Lead all materials management operations, including demand planning, production scheduling, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, shipping and receiving, and procurement activities.
- Develop and execute the plant's materials strategy to achieve operational excellence, improve inventory performance, and support production and customer requirements.
- Lead the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process to align customer demand, production capacity, inventory levels, and business objectives.
- Ensure material availability to support manufacturing operations while maintaining optimal inventory levels and minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including On-Time Delivery, Inventory Accuracy, Schedule Attainment, Past Due Orders, Premium Freight, E&O, and inventory turns.
- Drive ERP data integrity, inventory control processes, and system health to support effective planning and execution.
- Oversee warehousing, receiving, shipping, and logistics operations to ensure efficient material flow and timely customer deliveries.
- Manage procurement activities and supplier relationships to support production requirements and maintain continuity of supply.
- Develop and implement Plan for Every Part (PFEP) methodologies and other inventory optimization practices.
- Lead Supply Chain transformation initiatives, including implementation of new systems, tools, network planning strategies, resiliency improvements, Kinaxis RapidResponse, Project Foresight, and growth projects.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance operational efficiency, service levels, productivity, and cost performance.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic)Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or Finance from an accredited institution.
- Seven (7) years' experience in a manufacturing purchasing or production control environment.
- At least 3 years Materials Management supervision and leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Systems, Finance, or MBA from an accredited institution.
- At least 5 years Materials Management supervision and leadership experience.
APICS / CPIM
Certification- Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English) ##

Systems:
Kinaxis Rapid Response, MAPICS, AS400, MS Excel (Advanced), Kinaxis, Palantir- Broad knowledge of a business and manufacturing enterprise, as well as computerized inventory systems.
- General understanding of accounting principles, industrial engineering, and manufacturing processes.
- Extensive understanding of laws that affect company purchasing policies, procedures, and decisions.
- Broad understanding of corporate and division purchasing policies and procedures.
- Ability to develop material plans that support sales and inventory objectives simultaneously for a multi-product plant.
