About the Role We're hiring a Parts Manager to oversee day-to-day parts operations — from ordering and receiving to vendor relationships and inventory accuracy. You don't need fueling equipment industry experience or familiarity with our specific CRM; what matters most is that you've been part of a parts department before and know the fundamentals cold. What You'll Do Enter and manage purchase orders for parts and equipment Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and resolve discrepancies with vendors Source and order parts to keep technicians stocked for scheduled and emergency jobs Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, including negotiating pricing and lead times Monitor inventory levels, cycle counts, and stock accuracy across locations Track backorders and proactively communicate delays to service and operations teams Identify cost-saving opportunities in purchasing and vendor selection Maintain accurate parts records in our internal systems Coordinate with technicians and service managers to anticipate parts needs for upcoming work What You Bring 1-3+ years of experience managing or working in a parts department — entering and receiving POs, working with vendors, and ordering parts Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable learning new software systems (no specific CRM experience required) Solid communication skills — you'll be coordinating with vendors, technicians, and office staff daily Ability to problem-solve when orders don't go as planned (backorders, wrong shipments, pricing issues)

Pay:

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
