You'll be the one drivers and baggers turn to when something goes sideways mid-delivery, and the one making sure every route and every bag is right before it goes out the door. This role suits someone who's comfortable both planning ahead (building schedules and routes days in advance) and reacting in real time (troubleshooting a driver issue while bagging keeps moving without you). What you'll do Build and manage delivery routes for each delivery day (Monday and Wednesday) using our routing software Schedule and manage drivers and the bagging team for both delivery days Run the floor on-site during both delivery days, supervising and training the bagging team Recruit, train, and manage backup drivers Troubleshoot technical and logistical issues in real time, in direct communication with customer service Own our missing-deliveries protocol and our bagging standards What we're looking for
Required:
Expeditor (expo) experience — comfortable checking orders for accuracy before they go out and coordinating timing between kitchen and front-of-house/drivers under pressure Tech-savvy — able to quickly learn and navigate route/dispatch software (we use Onfleet) and Navego Comfortable training and supervising a team Calm under pressure, good real-time judgment Nice to have: Prior hands-on experience specifically with Onfleet or a similar dispatch platform Experience recruiting or scheduling drivers or delivery staffPay:
