In person - Victoria, TX Victory GMC & Victory Kia of Victoria are seeking an experienced, motivated Automotive Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department. We are looking for a hands-on leader who understands dealership parts operations, knows how to manage inventory, grow gross profit, support the Service Department, develop employees, and take ownership of the department's performance. If you're currently a Parts Manager, Assistant Parts Manager, or an experienced dealership parts professional ready for the next step in your career, we want to talk to you. Responsibilities Oversee daily Parts Department operations Manage parts inventory, ordering, stocking, and returns Monitor and reduce aged and obsolete inventory Maintain proper inventory levels and parts availability Manage pricing, margins, expenses, and departmental gross profit Ensure technicians and Service Advisors receive parts quickly and accurately Manage special-order parts and manufacturer returns Maintain manufacturer policies, procedures, and compliance Hire, train, coach, and develop Parts Department employees Hold employees accountable for performance and customer service Develop retail and wholesale parts opportunities Work closely with the Fixed Operations Director, Service Department, and dealership leadership Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability Qualifications Automotive dealership parts experience strongly preferred Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager experience preferred Strong understanding of dealership parts inventory and operations Proven leadership and employee-management skills Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to analyze departmental performance and make improvements Results-driven with a strong work ethic Valid driver's license Benefits We offer a competitive benefits package, including: 401(k) Retirement Plan Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Training Paid Time Off (PTO) Competitive Management Pay Plan Performance-Based Income Opportunity Career Advancement Opportunities Long-Term Career Opportunity Support From Experienced Dealership Leadership This Is an Opportunity to Build Something We aren't looking for someone to simply maintain the Parts Department.
