This hands-on leadership role is responsible for maintaining efficient material flow, controlling costs, supporting production requirements, ensuring on-time delivery, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities- Manage daily supply chain operations, including purchasing, receiving, production scheduling, inventory control, logistics, distribution, and order fulfillment.
- Maintain and manage supply chain data within SAP, ensuring the accuracy of material records, purchase orders, inventory information, and production schedules.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Production to maintain efficient order flow and support timely customer fulfillment.
- Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including purchase order placement, lead-time monitoring, delivery performance, quality concerns, and issue resolution.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and purchasing opportunities with suppliers to ensure Tri-Sen receives competitive pricing while maintaining quality and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate sourcing activities with Tri-Sen foreign offices and sister companies to identify cost-effective material sourcing opportunities.
- Lead biannual cycle counts and maintains inventory accuracy through effective inventory-control practices.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast material demand, and plan replenishment to minimize shortages, excess inventory, and production disruptions.
- Track domestic and international shipments and coordinate with transportation and logistics partners to support on-time delivery.
- Analyze supply chain performance, identify trends and operational risks, and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

2015 quality standards.- Develop, document, maintain, and improve supply chain procedures and processes.
- Lead and participate in management-directed supply chain initiatives and continuous-improvement projects. Facilities Management & MRO Oversee facilities management and MRO supply activities to help prevent operational downtime. Coordinate and manage facility-related suppliers and service providers, including:
- Building access and security systems
- HVAC maintenance
- Electrical maintenance
- Janitorial services
- Fire extinguisher inspections and service
- Forklift inspections and service
- Office supply inventory and replenishment
- AT&T phone plan management and support
- Frontier/Yealink phone system administration and support
- Lenovo and Dell user laptop hardware purchasing Candidate Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, operations, engineering, or a related discipline; .
ISO 9001
2015-certified quality-management system. Experience developing and maintaining supply-chain procedures, work instructions, performance metrics, and internal controls. Demonstrated success reducing material costs, improving supplier delivery, shortening lead times, or improving inventory accuracy. Experience managing MRO purchases and facility-related vendors or service providers. Experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, industrial automation, or process-control industries.
