Part-time Job Summary:

Inventory Supervisors are responsible for leading the inventory event, providing direction to inventory associates on inventory procedures, monitoring compliance and accuracy, and providing professional customer service. The Inventory Supervisor also works together with Inventory Associates to physically count inventory for our clients and enter information into RGIS inventory data collection equipment. Inventory to be counted varies depending on the client and location to be audited. Inventory Supervisors are responsible for accuracy, adhering to inventory procedures, and providing professional customer service at every inventory. Job Duties Proficient with the RGIS handheld computer and other inventory equipment. Supervise the inventory event, provide guidance to inventory associates, ensure proper procedures are performed, provide excellent customer service, and conduct inventory startup and closeout procedures. Achieve established productivity goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected in all inventories worked. Ability to work assigned shifts and adhere to a flexible schedule with varying hours to include working an extreme schedule, resulting in long hours on occasion. Ability to work in various work environments, such as stores, warehouses, outside industries, etc., with potential exposure to cold and heat. Ability to relate information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and delivers excellent output. Requirements A leader, with a high-level of professionalism. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all duties. Access to reliable transportation Prolonged standing with occasional walking (frequent) Repetitive motions requiring use of both wrists and hands as well as fingers (frequent) Able to work for extended periods of time (frequent) Frequent walking, standing, reaching, stretching, squatting, and kneeling (frequent) Use of ladders and step stools. (frequent) Balancing when counting stock from ladder (frequent) Conveying detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately and quickly (frequent) Able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds (occasional) Ability to work in various customer locations with various work conditions. Able to travel by car (frequently) and by plane ( occasional) Experience or Knowledge Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred). Previous supervisory experience a plus.
