Job Description

Job Description We are a busy, OEM Certified automotive collision center located in Sterling, VA , seeking an organized and dependable Parts Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our parts department—including ordering, receiving, inventory control, and coordinating parts delivery with our technicians and front-office staff. If you are a multi-tasker with high dependability and a growth-oriented mindset, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Order, source, and verify all collision repair parts efficiently and accurately. Inspect incoming parts for damage and correct part numbers upon delivery, matching them against repair estimates. Manage parts inventory, returns, and core credits promptly to keep production moving smoothly. Stage parts neatly and accurately for technicians by repair order. Communicate effectively with estimators, production staff, and vendors regarding part ETAs and backorders.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
Previous experience working as a Parts Manager, Parts Specialist, or Parts Advisor within an automotive collision center .
Software:
Familiarity or experience with CCC ONE and/or Rome Management is a strong plus.
Licensure:
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Work Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry heavy automotive parts weighing between 50 to 100 lbs on a regular basis.
Personal Skills:
Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, high dependability, and a teachable attitude.

Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour (Based on direct experience)

Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
