Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages and trains employees in the stockroom/warehouse department. Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring Production Kits are pulled according to the shop schedule. Assist with Inventory to make sure material released by QA is put away or is needed Min/Max help. Loading/Unloading of trucks and making sure that all paperwork is handled properly (BOM's, BOL's, etc.). Assist on any "Hot" items or TMTs ensuring expedites are delivered to the shop timely. Inspecting Kits for accuracy identifying shortages, mis-picks. Maintain housekeeping. Handle timecards. Assist in any additional duties assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent organizational and planning skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to work well with all levels of management and staff. Proficient with inventory reporting systems. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but can be waived based on 5 years of successful stockroom management.. Two years of experience in materials control field required w/degree, 5 without..
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time. Bilingual preferred. #IND3
