Event Logistics Team Lead Position Type:

Part-Time (Weekend Required) Position Overview Party Time Event Rentals is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Event Logistics Team Lead to oversee the delivery, setup, operation, cleaning, and pickup of event rental equipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in providing outstanding customer service, and can lead a small team while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. As an Event Logistics Team Lead , you will be responsible for managing one direct team member and ensuring every delivery is completed efficiently, safely, and on time. You will represent the company at customer events and play a critical role in creating memorable experiences for our clients. Responsibilities Safely drive company vehicles to and from customer locations. Load, transport, unload, set up, secure, inspect, and pick up inflatables, tents, tables, chairs, concessions, generators, and other event equipment. Ensure all equipment is installed according to company procedures and safety standards. Clean, inspect, and prepare equipment for future rentals. Lead and supervise one delivery team member, providing direction and ensuring work is completed efficiently. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Communicate professionally with customers and answer basic questions during delivery and pickup. Complete required paperwork and document any equipment damage or customer concerns. Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and warehouse area. Represent the company with a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times. Qualifications Required Valid driver's license. Clean driving record. Ability to safely lift and move heavy equipment (75+ lbs repeatedly). Strong work ethic with excellent punctuality and reliability. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lead by example and work effectively with a small team. Preferred Experience towing a utility trailer. Experience driving a box truck. Prior experience in event rentals, logistics, moving, construction, landscaping, or a similar physically active role. Previous leadership or supervisory experience. Schedule Saturday and Sunday availability is required. Weekend shifts may last the entire day depending on event schedules. Additional weekday shifts are available but optional.
