Full Time About the position: The Inventory Supervisor is focused on the details of the inventory records at Milmont. This will include gathering, entering, and updating data to maintain a detailed, accurate, and comprehensive list of plants and plant related products sold by Milmont Greenhouses.
The Inventory Supervisor will:
Gather data from production department spreadsheets, planting and discard records, shipping documents, and more to ensure an accurate list and quantities of items being grown in the production department. Coordinate with the production department to update production costs for Milmont grown plant product. Gather data from sales planning spreadsheets, vendor order sheets, purchase order spreadsheets and other sources to ensure an accurate list of items being purchased for resale at Milmont. Coordinate with the sales department to create, update, and complete purchase requests, purchase orders, receivers, returns to vendor, and more to ensure an accurate list and quantities of items being received into Milmont inventory. Coordinate with the sales department on accurate pricing. Coordinate with both production and sales departments to coordinate and assist in completion of physical inventory counts. Ensure that all inventory is labeled appropriately and supported by accurate and attractive point of purchase materials such as signs, banners, etc. Coordinate with marketing personnel to ensure that the Milmont website and other digital marketing contains accurate inventory information.
