Job Description

Responsible for new capability solution design and implementation in the F&L supply chain. Ensures an understanding of, and an optimal use of technologies, processes, tools and methodologies within the F&L team. Drives standardization in processes and services to align with defined policies and procedures and meet performance expectations for consistency and accuracy across the supply chain. Applies leading industry insights and benchmark to deliver world class systems and process flows through the supply chain in terms of enabling scale and driving customer loyalty. Be Innovative in solving business problems and pioneering to lead the industry. Seeks opportunities for improvement within processes, services and solutions and proposes changes or adjustments to plans. Formulate budgets, business requirement documents and business cases for F&L projects and design changes. Acts as the focal point of communication with key stakeholders, including internal and external customers at all levels. Manages and executes performance metric goals and leads root cause analysis to enable continual improvement. Implementation of continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency, quality and technology. Fulfillment & Logistics IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Statistics, or related field AND 8+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, operations-related roles, or engineering. OR equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience in distribution or logistics with experience in dealing with outsource operations and providers. Deep knowledge and expertise supply chain or engineering activities. Collaborate with Operations and Engineering team to define and develop process/system solution in an outsourced environment. Familiarity working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) like SAP, other logistics systems like TMS and WMS. Proven ability to implement and execute complex solutions to deliver successful outcomes. Proven capability of handling complex program management. Experience with Six Sigma and Lean/Continuous Improvement methodology and deployments. Demonstrated project management experience leading large scale projects. Solid critical thinking and resolution in ambiguous situations. Self-driven initiative to gain and share a broader knowledge of supply chain. Ability to write, speak, and present effectively and persuasively at all levels. Experience supporting high-tech or consumer electronics supply chains.
