Job Description
Project Manager III

- Supply Chain Optimization to lead cross-functional projects that integrate data and processes within manufacturing operations to better align the business and increase productivity.

Minimum Qualifications:
B.S. in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or operational excellence Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional process improvement or integration projects Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging across organizational levels Experience developing and documenting standard work or operational processes Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing prioritiesPreferred Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in aerospace, defense, or high-complexity hardware Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent continuous improvement experience Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) Track record of influencing without authority across multiple teams and organizations Experience with change management and training/coaching in operational environments PMP or equivalent project management certification Basic familiarity with data tools and dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) Compensation Range for: WA applicants is $112,059.00- $156,882.

Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10,001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training.
