Inventory Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Conn-Weld Industries, LLC in Princeton, WV. This role manages daily warehouse operations, maintains precise inventory accuracy, and leads efficient material flow across our manufacturing operations. You will combine hands-on inventory management and equipment operation with advanced computer/ERP expertise, demonstrating adaptability to evolving operational policies and process changes as our company expands. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Supervision:

Lead, guide, and motivate warehouse personnel; foster a collaborative, accountable team culture while driving daily operational standards.

Receiving & Inspection:

Receive, inspect, and log incoming parts, raw materials, and equipment shipments to verify accuracy and assess condition upon arrival.

Stock & Facility Management:

Organize and maintain warehouse stock in a clean, efficient, and safe manner; uphold facility upkeep and safety standards.

Inventory Control & Auditing:

Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records using company systems. Conduct regular physical inventory audits, investigating and reconciling discrepancies as needed.

Stock Level Monitoring:

Continuously monitor inventory levels and proactively flag reorder needs to the purchasing department and management to prevent stockouts.

Traceability & Labeling:

Ensure proper labeling, systematic storage, and complete traceability of all parts and materials.

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport stock and equipment throughout the facility.

Adaptability & Process Improvement:

Adapt swiftly to new operational changes, evolving inventory policies, and continuous process improvements as the company grows.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with logistics, production, sales, and management to support company-wide operational goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills Advanced Computer & ERP Proficiency:

Proven track record using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Prophet 21, or equivalent) for real-time inventory tracking, order processing, and purchasing.

Database & Data Management:

Demonstrated experience with inventory reconciliation, serial/batch number tracking, and managing master data within an ERP framework.

Microsoft Office Expertise:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data filtering/sorting for reporting), Word, and Outlook.

Equipment Certification:

Valid forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain prior to employment).

Leadership, Teamwork & Adaptability:

Strong leadership presence with the ability to lead warehouse operations, adapt to operational shifts and growing business needs, and collaborate effectively with teams across the entire organization.

Pay:

$23.00 - $27.50 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
