Function:

The Fleet Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of the organization's vehicle fleet (100+ vehicles). This role ensures vehicles are safely operated, properly maintained, cost-efficient, and compliant with all applicable regulations. The Fleet Coordinator supports program operations by coordinating vehicle assignments, overseeing maintenance and repairs, and managing vehicle procurement and disposal within approved budgets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Automotive Management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fleet management, transportation coordination, or related role. Experience managing a large fleet (50+ vehicles) strongly preferred. Experience in a nonprofit or multi-site organization is a plus. Strong organizational and project management skills. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and lifecycle management. Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Ability to analyze data and manage budgets. Strong communication and vendor management skills. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
