Delivery Driver - FedEx Ground Contractor Hermes Logistics | North Phoenix, AZ Full-time | 2 Positions Available $950/Week Starting Pay While Training + Stop Bonuses | Benefits | 401(k) Match Hermes Logistics , a FedEx Ground Independent Contractor, is hiring 2 full-time Delivery Drivers for our North Phoenix operation. We are looking for dependable, motivated drivers who want to build a long-term career in professional delivery driving . We offer competitive pay, performance incentives, medical benefits, PTO, and a 401(k) with a company match. Starting training pay is $950 per week , with opportunities to earn additional money through stop bonus incentives . Experienced drivers will receive competitive pay based on experience and qualifications . We are not currently doing Express deliveries. Drivers should be prepared for a physically demanding job and a fast-paced delivery environment. Job Responsibilities Deliver packages to residential and business addresses throughout your assigned route Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules Safely load and unload packages Inspect and operate the delivery vehicle safely Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards Provide professional customer service Complete deliveries safely, efficiently, and on time Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license required Must have a clean MVR Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen Must have at least 12 months of documented driving experience in a vehicle 16 ft. or longer within the last 3 years DOT Medical Card preferred Must be physically capable of lifting packages weighing up to 150 lbs. Must be reliable, responsible, safety-minded, and able to work independently Who We're Looking For We want drivers who are looking for more than just a temporary job.
