Austin Centers currently serves over a thousand students per year from more than 100 school districts and charter schools on all our campuses.

Job Requirements:
This position is assigned to direct and coordinate Ready to Roll Transportation at The ACES Tempe.
Experience:
Paraprofessional experience preferred. A working knowledge of vehicle maintenance preferred. The ability and approval to drive ACES vehicles is required.
Education:
Job-related education with a Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required. Strong presentation and written language skills are a must.
Clearances:
Current State of Arizona Department of Public Safety Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card Current CPR Card and CPI Card Transportation Duties:
All daily operation of the transportation program including routing and staffing. Assures all Ready to Roll staff follow the staff code of conduct, policies and procedures. Consistently monitor the cleanliness of all ACES transportation vehicles. Oversees maintenance schedule, ensuring vans get regular oil changes, fluids and tire pressure checks, washing, detailing etc. Monitors the paperwork for each vehicle to ensure that all vehicles have available copies of current registration, insurance, or other pertinent documentation. Effectively communicates any student concerns to parents, ACES staff and larger concerns to ACES administration. Makes safety the highest priority, ensuring that all vehicles are safe to drive, have a first aid kit, tire kit, working safety belts, rollover warning signs. etc. Completes monthly billing. Grow Ready to Roll by marketing to new districts and schools.
