Drive the strategy. We're looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to take a strategic, companywide approach to one of the most important parts of our business

THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION, WITH THE OPTION TO WORK FROM SANTA FE SPRINGS OR CORONA
- This is a highly visible role that works closely with our General Manager, CFO, CEO, and operational leadership to determine where we invest, where we have gaps, and how we get the greatest return from our fleet.

The ideal candidate brings:
5+ years of progressive experience in fleet management, equipment rental, construction equipment, procurement, or a related field. Strong knowledge of construction equipment and rental fleet operations . Experience with fleet procurement, utilization analysis, capital planning, or equipment lifecycle management. Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to turn operational data into smart purchasing decisions. Experience managing significant capital budgets and competing purchasing priorities. Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with executives and operational teams. Proficiency with fleet/rental management systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel. Construction equipment rental or dealership experience is strongly preferred . A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent industry experience will absolutely be considered. Pay:
$90,000.00- $105,000.
