Sprague Pest Solutions seeks a Commercial Route Manager to lead pest management operations for commercial clients across the Western U.S. In this field-based role, you'll oversee a portfolio of routes, specializing in fumigation and quality-focused service for food processing, healthcare, retail, and other regulated industries. You will coach technicians, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and apply science-driven Integrated Pest Management strategies. Collaborate closely with clients to prevent pests, reduce risk, and protect health, food, and property while supporting a culture of integrity, learning, and environmental responsibility.
