We're looking for a hands-on Senior Transportation Manager with exceptional leadership skills and a client-first mindset to join our growing shuttle operations team in New Haven, CT. Ideal Experience:

This position is responsible for all aspects of the operation, including shuttle fleet management, as well as overseeing your location team. The ideal candidate will have previous Shuttle / Transportation industry experience. Three to five years in transportation operations for a logistics company preferred. Proven leadership and knowledge of transportation industry, and DOT regulations. Experience managing dedicated fleet operations and CDL drivers. Transportation experience managing drivers and onsite driver management experience preferred. Driver Dispatch Management System experience preferred. Strong communication skills written and verbal, listening and interpersonal skills with strong problem solving and innovative thinking. Excellent attention to detail, planning, and organization skills. Progressive management experience with front-line team oversight Established experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business is helpful but not required.
