Fort Myers, Florida Employment:
Full-Time Compensation:
$65,000-$75,000 annually, depending on experience

Aircraft, Yacht & Automotive Detailing A well-established and growing South Florida detailing company is confidentially seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Manager to help expand its Fort Myers surrouding markets. This is a high-accountability leadership position designed for someone who can generate new business, build relationships, lead employees, and manage daily field operations. This is not a desk-only management position and it is not a sales position where someone else handles the operation. The successful candidate will be expected to operate approximately: 50% Sales & Business Development 50% Operations & Team Leadership
SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
The selected candidate will be responsible for aggressively developing new business throughout Southwest Florida.
Responsibilities include:
Prospecting for new aircraft, yacht, and automotive detailing customers Conducting regular visits to airports, FBOs, MROs, marinas, dealerships, and potential commercial partners Developing relationships with aircraft owners, operators, Directors of Maintenance, pilots, yacht owners, captains, dealership managers, and other decision-makers Cold calling, networking, and consistently following up with prospective customers Getting beyond gatekeepers and developing relationships with key decision-makers Inspecting aircraft, yachts, and vehicles in order to prepare accurate service quotes Following up on proposals and closing new business Maintaining prospect and customer activity within the company's CRM Meeting established weekly sales activity and revenue goals Representing the company at networking, aviation, marine, automotive, and community events
OPERATIONS & LEADERSHIP
This position will also oversee daily detailing operations throughout the market.
Responsibilities include:
Scheduling and coordinating detailing services Supervising detailing crews and field operations Conducting quality-control inspections Ensuring services are completed according to company standards Supporting the hiring, onboarding, training, and development of employees Managing employee performance and accountability Assisting with customer invoicing and service-related issues Maintaining inventory, equipment, vehicles, and supplies Ensuring company vehicles and equipment remain clean and presentation-ready Maintaining appropriate safety standards Supporting FAA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program requirements for applicable aviation operations Responding quickly to customer and operational needs
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who is independent, competitive, organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable being accountable for measurable results.
The ideal candidate should have:
Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience Minimum 3 years of team supervision or operations coordination experience Aircraft, yacht, automotive detailing, aviation, marine, or related service experience preferred Strong prospecting and cold-calling abilities Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience managing employees or field crews Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience working with CRM systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities A valid driver's license Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENT
Open availability is required. This position supports customers whose schedules do not always fall within traditional business hours. Candidates must be willing and able to work: Nights Weekends Early mornings Changing schedules when operationally necessary If you are looking strictly for a Monday-Friday, 9-to-5 position, this opportunity will not be the right fit.
SOUTH FLORIDA WORKING CONDITIONS
Candidates must also be comfortable working outdoors throughout Southwest Florida. This may include working around airports, aircraft ramps, marinas, yachts, dealerships, and customer facilities during: High temperatures Humidity Rain Changing weather conditions

This position requires you to actively visit airports, FBOs, MROs, marinas, dealerships, and other businesses to introduce yourself and generate new accounts. Are you comfortable approaching potential customers in person, getting past gatekeepers, asking for decision-makers, and consistently following up until you earn the business? Please explain.
South Florida Outdoor Working Conditions:
This is a hands-on field leadership position that requires working outdoors in South Florida heat, humidity, rain, and changing weather conditions, including time on airport ramps and other outdoor locations. Are you physically comfortable and willing to work outside in these conditions on a regular basis? Open Availability -
Nights & Weekends:
This position requires OPEN AVAILABILITY, including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and schedule changes based on customer and operational needs. Do you have any restrictions that would prevent you from maintaining open availability? If yes, please explain. Sales & Business Development:
Please describe your sales and business development experience. How many years of experience do you have with prospecting, cold calling, face-to-face sales, generating leads, following up with prospects, and closing new business?
