Job Summary We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and energetic person to join our growing business as a Mobile Sales Route Assistant Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on the road, working with their hands, meeting people, and learning about the automotive industry . You do not need years of experience—we are willing to train the right person. You will train alongside the route owner/manager visiting automotive repair shops and helping customers find the tools and equipment they need. Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicle to navigate assigned routes, adhering to all DOT regulations and safe driving practices Organizational skills for route planning, record keeping, and managing orders Sell tools, equipment, and shop products to technicians and shop owners Build lasting positive customer relationships through effective communication, understanding client needs, and providing excellent service Process orders, payments, and basic paperwork Demonstrate products to customers Conduct merchandising activities by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring product presentation aligns with company standards Keep the vehicle and inventory clean and organized Identify opportunities to increase sales The Person We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Hard-working and reliable Energetic and comfortable being on the move Friendly and comfortable talking to people Interested in cars, trucks, mechanics, tools, or the automotive industry Good with your hands and willing to learn Organized and able to keep track of inventory Able to lift and move boxes/products Comfortable driving a larger vehicle Able to work independently Motivated by the opportunity to earn bonuses Experience Experience is preferred but not required. Automotive, mechanical, warehouse, retail sales, construction, delivery, or customer-service experience is a plus. What matters most is attitude, work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
