Fleet Manager Assistant

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Fleet Manager Assistant to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities Assist Transportation Manager with daily fleet operations and administration. Coordinate dispatch of Dump Trucks, Lowboys, Water Trucks, and Vacuum Trucks. Oversee fleet maintenance and repairs; ensure regulatory compliance; supervise drivers and enforce safety protocols. Prepare fleet performance and cost reports; reconcile invoices, materials, and fuel usage. Oversee customer service and sales of recycled construction materials. Requirements Prior experience supporting fleet or personal assistant duties is advantageous Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related At least 5 yrs of experience in fleet management/logistics. Master's degree in related area preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; SAP/Sage preferred. Salary $50,440/yr ($24.25/hr).
