Job Description
Assist the Program Director in planning the Husky Adventure Camps Coordinate camp schedules Schedule transportation needed for camp events Communicate with the Transportation Director about transportation issues Determine student bus assignments Communicate with the Food Service Director about food service issues Communicates with parents, i.e., newsletters, website, announcements, progress reports, etc. The first line of communication for the teaching staff, support staff and volunteers Communicate information about the camps to parents and camp personnel Provide basic organization of the program Be present during camp hours of operation Contact the local media on a weekly basis to publicize camp events Effectively organizes, updates and communicates student performance data Record and report daily attendance to the Project Director Attend family/parent activities Trouble-shoot issues that arise
