BRITE Truck Maintainenace is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to lead fleet asset management and maintenance operations supporting fuel delivery tanker fleets as well as general-market commercial fleet customers. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for the performance, cost, reliability, utilization, and lifecycle management of fleet assets, while overseeing BRITE maintenance operations, additional maintenance locations, and outside repair vendors. This position will work closely with ownership while serving the needs of both fuel delivery tanker fleets and general-market commercial customers. Key Responsibilities Manage fleet assets throughout their lifecycle, including acquisition, specification, deployment, maintenance, replacement, and disposal. Oversee BRITE and other company maintenance locations, technicians, workflow, quality, and productivity. Manage outside repair vendors, parts and service providers, and maintenance costs. Provide responsive fleet and maintenance support to internal and external customers. Establish preventive and predictive maintenance programs that reduce breakdowns and unscheduled repairs. Monitor fleet uptime, utilization, maintenance cost, repair history, and asset performance. Improve vehicle and equipment specifications based on operating requirements and lifecycle performance. Develop replacement strategies that maximize useful asset life and minimize total lifecycle cost. Use fleet-management systems and reporting to establish measurable performance standards and drive continuous improvement. How Success Will Be Measured Success will be measured by reduced maintenance cost, increased fleet uptime and utilization, fewer unscheduled repairs, improved asset reliability and useful life, better equipment specifications, strong shop and vendor performance, and lower total lifecycle cost. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone with strong fleet management and maintenance operations experience who understands both the mechanical and financial sides of managing commercial fleet assets. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with ownership, operating managers, customers, technicians, and vendors and will take a data-driven approach to fleet performance, maintenance planning, cost control, and asset lifecycle management. Experience with heavy-duty trucks, fuel delivery tankers, fleet maintenance systems, asset lifecycle management, shop and vendor management, budgeting, and maintenance KPI reporting is strongly preferred. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three to five years of fleet, asset, equipment, or maintenance-administration experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of diesel-shop procedures, preventive maintenance, repair work orders, inspections, vehicle systems, and maintenance terminology.
• Experience tracking asset inventory, utilization, repairs, costs, condition, depreciation, or value.
• Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, fleet or asset-management systems, electronic work orders, and databases.
• Ability to travel regularly between the two assigned locations and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Physical Requirements
• Regularly sit, stand, walk, communicate, drive between locations, and use a computer and office equipment.
• Climbing in and on equipment or vehicles.
• Occasionally inspect assets in shop, yard, or outdoor environments and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Work around diesel vehicles, noise, exhaust, fuels, chemicals, moving equipment, and varying temperatures.
