Oak Hill Courier is a family owned transportation business. We have 14 vehicles in our fleet made up of Mercedes Sprinter vans and a couple Cascadia's. We deliver speciality cargo from southern IL, all across the US. We put a high value on values, such as Integrity, strong work ethic and living by the golden rule.

Responsibilities:

Operate Sprinter Vans safely and efficiently. Assist with the unloading and professionally communicate with the customer. Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding any issues that may arise. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies. Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure all necessary paperwork is complete. Perform routine vehicle inspection and report any maintenance issues promptly. We operate out of southern IL and typically deliver within 600-900 mile radius.

Summary:

In the Driving Position, you will be essential in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of important cargo to our customers and you will be reporting directly to the Logistics Manager. This role requires a valid drivers license and proficiency in core driving skills. Additionally this role requires you to be able to stay alert while driving during night time hours. We work Monday to Friday, sometimes you are still coming back from a delivery on Saturday. You will be gone 2-3 nights per week. We honor Sunday and do not work on Sunday. You do not need a CDL for this position. We look forward to hearing from you.
