Job Description

Overview This role will serve as a frontline supervisor providing team leadership and functional expertise to Topeka Traffic Center.
Working Hours:
This position offers a flexible schedule that may include a mix of 1st- and 2nd-shift hours, with 10- or 12-hour shifts, typically working 3-4 days per week. The exact schedule will depend on staffing needs and how the overall schedule comes together. Responsibilities Support overall traffic center performance with focus on smart P&L decisions Drive Traffic Center safety/service culture Provides daily work direction to frontline associates Uses technical systems for reporting and analytics Leads daily performance meetings Conducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective action Makes daily decisions impacting the business Handles all team performance and personnel issues Manages time and payroll systems
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $54,700 - $82,050. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
