This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of terminal activities, ensuring seamless coordination of freight and transportation planning. Duties The Terminal Manager oversees the daily operations of our Flatbed and oil and gas materials for customers This role manages drivers, dispatch, equipment readiness, and load flow while maintaining strong communication with customers and rig personnel. Recruiting and onboarding new drivers and owner ops will also be required. Qualifications Must have prior experience in in this type of operations Strong dispatch problem‑solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot load delays, driver issues, equipment challenges, and customer needs in real time.
