Lucrative Income:
Our current General Dentist associate is on track to earn $350,000
•400,000 this year.

Whether you are a seasoned vet or a recent grad, the owner is dedicated to mentoring you on necessary clinical skills and pediatric management.
Private Practice Culture:
We are not corporate. We are a locally owned practice with a stellar reputation (5-star average Google).
Low-Stress Clinical Focus:
You focus on simple general dentistry and hygiene checks. Patients requiring specialist-level care, those with high anxiety, or behavioral issues are referred directly to the owner. We do not use papoose boards.
Compensation Pay Structure:
You will earn the greater of a daily guarantee OR percentage. $350,000
•400,000 income potential, once established.
Schedule & Responsibilities Hours:
Monday
•Friday, 8:00 AM
•4:30 PM.
Procedures:
Hygiene checks, exams, and simple restorative dentistry on children.
Technology:
Fully digital office featuring panoramic x-rays and digital charting. Who We Are Looking For We are open to all experience levels, including 2026 Dental School Graduates.
License:
Must have (or be eligible for) a valid Louisiana Dental License.
Attitude:
Must have a patient demeanor and a genuine aptitude for working with children.
Soft Skills:
We prioritize strong interpersonal abilities. You must be able to communicate effectively and warmly with parents, patients, and staff.
Teachable:
Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced pediatric workflow.
