Success Driver Coaching & Accountability:
Reinforce expectations, coach performance, and hold drivers accountable to safety, service, and company expectations. Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written. Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving. Commitment to safety and regulatory standards. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and online tools. Transportation industry experience is a plus but not required. Supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Compensation & Benefits Total cash compensation range of this position is $70,000 to $120,000+ which includes a base salary range that starts at $57,500 plus first-year training incentive of $12,000. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
