3005082322-2 Apply for this job now Job Description TransForce Inc. seeks a Class B Licensed Transportation Director to lead safe, compliant, and efficient transportation operations. In this role, you will oversee Class B driver scheduling, routing, and performance, ensuring full adherence to
DOT/FMCSA
regulations and company safety standards. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to align staffing needs, optimize fleet utilization, and resolve service issues. The Director will track KPIs, maintain accurate compliance records, support incident reviews, and mentor drivers while reinforcing TransForce's professional, safety-focused culture and commitment to reliable workforce solutions. Responsibilities Lead daily Class B transportation operations, including driver scheduling and routing Ensure full compliance with DOT/FMCSA and company safety policies Monitor fleet utilization, on-time performance, and key service metrics Maintain accurate driver, vehicle, and compliance documentation Collaborate with clients to understand needs and resolve service issues Coordinate with internal teams on staffing, dispatch, and workforce planning Implement and reinforce safety initiatives and corrective actions Conduct performance coaching and support for Class B drivers Analyze operational data to identify efficiencies and cost savings Support incident investigations, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts Required Skills Class B CDL operation and regulations Fleet and route management
