Job Description
Bay Pest Control is currently seeking a Full-Time Commercial Pest Control Route Manager for a route in the Mississippi Gulf Coast area. Commercial Pest Control experience is preferred. As a Commercial Route Manager, you will help protect businesses and the surrounding environment from unwanted pests using the best products and equipment available. The ideal candidate has a solid work ethic, integrity, strong communication skills, and a desire to work with people. This position provides the opportunity to learn, work, and grow with an industry leader. Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience/Previous pest control experience is a plus
- Self-motivated
- Ability to learn about the pest control industry
- Strong communication skills
- Possess good problem-solving skills
