Our Red Oak campuses offer a unique blend of clinical rehabilitation, 12 step addiction recovery, proven addiction therapy services, family counseling, and experiential and adventure therapy for men. We are seeking an Administrative & Transportation Coordinator to add to our dynamic team who can work collaboratively with medical staff, drivers, and program directors to ensure proactive and seamless scheduling and communication around client appointments and transports while ensuring program administrative tasks are met. This position will support our men's campuses in Leicester and Ellenboro, NC. Position Type This is a full-time position Evening and weekend work will be required Tuesday through Saturday, 11am-7pm Travel Some travel is expected for this position Responsibilities Be available for transport including, but not limited to, airport pickups/drop-offs, doctor and medical appointments, program related offsite activities, and AMA discharges Facilitate and or coordinate on-campus admission process (consents, outfitting and room readiness). Be available for new client outfitting Prepare client rooms for new admits (cleaning and organization) Maintain the client outfitting supply inventory so that all necessary items are in stock Order client supplies and itemize purchasing receipts weekly and as needed Ensure that client belongings are secured and properly stored (and provided to clients upon graduation) Order, inventory and disperse campus linens, towels and paper products Oversight of client vaping program administrative needs (ordering, inventorying and participation documentation) Facilitate staff trainings on consents, outfitting and discharge processes Participation in morning Flash Meeting Be a part of the on-call emergency response rotation Facilitate and log quarterly emergency drills Ensure that all vehicles maintain adequate fuel levels Ensure vehicles are mechanically maintained/repaired Greet visitors and guests; ensure sign in Assist clinical team with incoming and outgoing client letters, distribution, and filing Incoming Mail and shipment distribution and Outgoing Mail shipments Maintain office supply quantities and process office supply orders Responsible for Client file close out process Assist with CARF licensure and auditing of files Prepare of Graduation Packets Maintain office filing and organizational systems Office tidiness/communicate with cleaning crew Maintain complete confidentiality of company issues Education & Experience High school diploma Valid driver's license Familiar with Microsoft Office programs Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Experience in wilderness therapy (or a related field) Experience with maintaining vehicles Experience with servicing backpacking gear Proficiency in Microsoft Office Employee Benefits Medical Insurance with Telemedicine options available to full-time employees after 30 days Vision & Dental insurance available to full-time employees after 30 days Retirement 401k Voluntary Accident Coverage, Critical Illness Coverage and Hospital Indemnity Insurance options Employee provided Life Insurance and Voluntary Life Insurance options Employee Assistance Program provided to promote employee wellness and a variety of services Desirable
