Route Manager Fleet Clean Charlotte Charlotte, NC Job Details Full-time From $1,000 a week 18 hours ago Qualifications Field operations experience Computer operation Customer communication High school diploma or GED Dispatching Driver's License Computer skills Full Job Description Job Summary The Route Manager (RM) is responsible for the safe and efficient completion of all available work for their assigned routes. Most days consist of a mix of 30% office-related activities and 70% field-related activities, including record-keeping, scheduling, billing, jobsite quality and safety checks, and fleet and equipment maintenance management. This position requires significant driving between jobsites, and the route manager may at times work alongside crew members for training or assistance, so must be willing to engage in washing and other manual labor. Some computer proficiency is required, with the ability to learn our operations software. This position requires a minimum six-day workweek, including mandatory Saturday work, with only one weekday typically off. The route manager must be able to self-manage across the workweek and stay reachable by phone on all scheduled workdays.
Pay Rate:
$52,000/year + Weekly KPI Bonus Duties Dispatch crews and ensure correct equipment is sent to job sites. Inspect work and ensure high customer satisfaction. Monitor route efficiency and optimize schedules. Reconcile work, routes, and billing daily and weekly. Assist with HR activities such as hiring, training, and reviews. Ensure vehicles and equipment are prepared and maintained. Respond to operational problems, emergencies, and customer complaints. Experience High School diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Experience in route management or field supervision. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with scheduling and billing workflows. Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
