2328 Crownpoint Executive Drive, Charlotte, NC Independence Veterinary Clinic is hiring a full-time OR part-time Rehabilitation Veterinarian to join HealingPups, our large and growing physical therapy and animal rehabilitation program. You'll guide canine patients through recovery from orthopedic surgery, manage chronic conditions like arthritis and neurological disease, support senior pet mobility, and help condition sporting and working dogs — all using advanced therapeutic techniques in a purpose-built rehab environment. A fully equipped rehab suite, including a Hydro Physio underwater treadmill, indoor swim pool, therapeutic laser and ultrasound and dedicated space for strength and balance work, therapeutic massage, and stretching. All the benefits you deserve—health, dental, vision, retirement Paid time off What You'll Do Design and lead individualized rehab plans for patients recovering from orthopedic surgery, living with arthritis or neurological disease, or needing pain, weight, or mobility management. Deliver hands-on and technology-supported therapies including hydrotherapy, therapeutic laser, manual techniques, and tailored strength and conditioning programs. Partner with our medical team and pet families to track progress, celebrate milestones, and adjust plans to meet each dog where they are.
